The calendar and the contact form
Everything in the system begins on one of these two public pages. Try either — a person, a company and a deal appear in the agency’s pipeline the moment you do.
Book a discovery call
/bookA three-step flow: your details → pick a time → context. The form captures you as a lead after step one — even if you abandon the calendar. The calendar greys out unavailable days, offers slots in AEST, and nothing is booked until the final confirm.
In the app: a person and a company are created, a deal opens in the Lead column, and the meeting shows on the deal record.
Open /book →Send an enquiry
/bookFor leads who aren’t ready to pick a time. The same page takes a short enquiry — name, email, what you need help with, a message. It creates the same lead record, minus the meeting.
In the app: a lead with the message attached, sitting in the agency’s Needs you queue until somebody replies.
Open /book →02The two journeys · same records, two sides
What the lead sees, and what the agency does
The lead never signs in and never sees the machinery. The agency lives in the app and watches the same story as records moving left to right.
