One system from the first call to the final invoice.
Punch is a fictional boutique consulting firm, infrastructure, civil and logistics advisory, a team of eight. They needed a RevOps platform that allowed them to manage their sales motion from end-to-end. This is where we landed.
i. Software should work for the business
ii. Software should reduce complexity, cost and automate as much as possible
iii. One ethos, any business model
The Pinch Hackathon Build: Agency RevOps
A complete sales motion from end to end using Pinch Payments for processing to showcase what is possible for all businesses. This has been built specifically to the fictional Punch Consulting workflows. There is no software out there that combines end to end, automated workflows for lead capture, CRM, proposals and payments. This does it all!
Booking and Capture
Punch has been running some serious marketing campaigns that are pushing traffic towards key landing pages. These landing pages have forms to enquire or contact the Pinch team. It captures UTM parameters and other tracking metrics and places the details directly into the CRM.

CRM and Deals
The CRM captures people, companies and deals. The deals are the lifeblood of the business. One of the core concepts is that every interaction with a client should be recorded automatically without requiring a person to do it effectively capturing as much contextual information as possible. All communications like video calls, email and phone calls.
Currently, all Google Meet transcripts are automatically placed inside the CRM registered against the correct records.

Proposals
All of that context capturing is not going to waste. As soon as a deal has been qualified and scoped it is moved to the proposal phase.
Using the context created and a library of business specific information, AI generates a full proposal including scope of works, investment options and payment terms.
This is then reviewed, refined if needed and sent to the client where they can leave feedback or accept (and sign up to the Pinch Payments mandate) and book their onboarding call.

Projects and Payments
When a proposal is accepted it creates a payment schedule depending on the terms and a project. This allows for the simple tracking of billing and ensuring commercials are never lost or fall behind.
Multiple types of payments are available. Milestone payments, recurring, payment plans etc.

What we have built is not the end!
The lead and agency user journeys
The lead never signs in and never sees the machinery. The agency lives in the app and watches the same five moments as records moving left to right.
